Refund policy
There is no cancellation of Pre-Orders.
Every item through preorder purchase is made to order and would not be stocked other wise.
All Pre-Order and Custom items are final sale.
Instock items can be returned within 30 days so long as it returns in the condition it was sent it.
All returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and void the chance of receiving a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Anything outside of 30 days after receival will not be addressed
We insure all of our products to the fullest value during the shipping process, due to policies with shipping couriers we request that you inform us of any damage promptly after receiving the item.
All guitars will be shipped in a professional travel gigbag for maximum protection to ensure your guitar arrives exactly as descibed ready to play.
All figured wood patterns and grains are subject to change and not guaranteed.
Frets, setups, electronic, or product issues will be handled on a case by case basis.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on instock, sale items, B-stock, and liquidation are all final sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted and we are not liable for storage, return shipping, or loss of said item.
European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment minus the 15% restocking fee within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
